Business Plan update

Well, we are now finished with the "graded" part of our business plan for Cafe Evoke. We have turned in a "final" draft and have presented the plan. We feel pretty confident in our planning to this point. We know we need to work on a few areas from now until opening which including.. 1. Really understand needs for staffing/payrool 2. Rework marketing plan to reflect new location/target market 3. Continue working on funding/budgets for capitalization These things will be areas that we will be tackling head on once I finish my last two papers for school. We only have a few more days left in Nashville and we are going to really push to have things in place to really hit them hard when we reach Bozeman, Montana. We are drafting a location and layout plan for the City Planner in Bozeman so we can figure out parking at the space we are trying to get. That is going to be a big hurdle for this location as there are only a handful of parking places and 2 other business to share with. There needs to be a certain amount of parking (off street) based on the amount of people that can sit in the business. Our main focus right now is to try and work out a plan withe the planners for parking. ~~be bold
