Financials

We hope to get a copy of the lease agreement for review by tomorrow or early next week at the latest. Because of this, we are really hitting our financials again to make sure we have not missed anything and that they are as accurate as can get them at this point. We have begun, as I wrote before, fixing the financials to reflect the smaller space in the following areas..rent, flooring, fixtures, lighting, and general construction (which we are estimating at about $25.00 per square foot.) We now need to figure out some prices for our coffee and food. We have made contact with the roaster we hope to use and also the tea company. We are still weeding out the tea companies but we want to see what our estimated costs will be. We are also in heavy search for a lawyer to help us with the legal aspects including taxes and structure. This will need to be estimated on our financials as well. We are pushing ahead and trying not to get in front of ourselves. One step at a time. ~~be bold
