Registration

We are going to begin the process of creating the S-corp and reserving our name with the proper government offices when we return from our long weekend in Oklahoma. I am going to make some calls and get the names of some local lawyers that work with small businesses and set up a meeting. I also plan to meet with our local SBDC in hopes of gaining some more valuable insight on where I need to turn next. When I return, I hope to have the plans created for trying to find funding. I am working right now on recreated our financials and having our board of advisors go through them due to the new space size. It is looking good so far with a savings on our capital budget sheet of nearly $10,000 across the board. We have many ideas for marketing and promotion as we move forward which we will present on this site and at CafeEvoke.com. Some of the items we are trying to work out would be stickers, t-shirts, messenger bags (hopefully Timbuk 2 Design), and journals, along with cups and mugs featuring our logo. Right now, the important thing for us to work on is our own financials and securing funding and the space. The formation of the S-corp will fall in these actions as well. ~~be bold
