Another Step Closer!

I heard back from the leasing agent late yesterday and found that we have made it to the "application" stage of this process, a step closer than we have ever been! I found this stage to mainly be a personal financial summary and also a summary of our backer--simply put, do we have enough money to make them feel safe. With our backer, we should be fine on this point. I meet with our banker today and we are going to sit down and really go through the options with SBA, etc. I have filled out the "Application for Business Loan" that I pulled from SBA.com a few days ago. I have also gone through and found all (actually only 1) the banks in Bozeman that have done SBA deals in the past and am going to set up a meeting with the SBA lender at that bank for sometime later this week--I hope. Right now, I a working on the financing stuff as that seems to be the most important at this time. The other things on my "list" are things that are important but that will be easy to complete once we have the space. We are entering to an exciting, scary, fun, and stressful time with Cafe Evoke.
