Word Verification for Comments

Thank you to everyone that has taken a second and commented on this blog! I really appreciate your input, questions, and advise. As blog begin to be more and more popular, people are finding more and more ways to use them for spam content. As I have been receiving an increased number of "spam comments," I have turned word verification on. This just means that you will have to type the word from the box before leaving any comments. I hope this does not drive you away from leaving comments on this page.

The goal of this is to increase the number of real comments and keep the dialogue alive! Thank you again to all that read and support Cafe Evoke!

I'm sure that pretty soon, spammers will be able to "post" on my site as well as leave comments. It's amazing.

The sad thing is that half the time, I cannot even figure out what word I am supposed to write in the box! Also, is that a word or should it be called "letter" verification?
