For Today...

Today we will be heading over to the Convention Center in a few minutes to begin our first day at the 2005 CoffeeFEST. From 8:00 am - 12:00 noon, we will participate in many different classes and seminars. From 12:00 noon until about 5:00 pm, the booths are opened and we will begin our journey buying and making deals with vendors and companies that Cafe Evoke will be using.

This is going to be a great day. We are going to attending a class in Marketing your specialty coffee business, taught by Bruce Milletto of Bellissimo Coffee InfoGroup and also one about opening a new cafe taught by Tom Palm. Details to come tonight.

We stopped by one of the furniture stores at which we will purchase our couches for Evoke and they are going to look great. We will be ordering them in a few weeks.

Big day ahead, I will post on the details in a bit.
