It keeps going and going

CoffeeFest has been very helpful and informative. We have met many people so far and have made some great connections. We ended up buying our espresso machine, two espresso grinders, and a pannini grill. We might end up buying a dishwasher as well. We have also met many vendors that we hope to use for Cafe Evoke. We have talked with bakers, candy makers, mug and travel mug companies, and many others. We are now trying to decide what type of POS system we want to use -- a computerized, touch screen style that will produce very impressive reports, etc or a standard register with tape that will allow the cashier to simply touch the prices and maybe learn the machine quicker. These are all things we are talking with the POS companies about and I hope we can make a decision this weekend. ~~be bold
