    It's an Understanding

As I have talked at times about the relationship I would like to have with the employees of Cafe Evoke, I really liked what Ed had to say yesterday. He was talking about understanding why employees do not succeed. He outlined the following:

    1. They don't know
    2. They don't care
    3. They can't do

I was sitting there thinking about this and realized that I am sure to have employees with one of these situations. I can fix the first but the other two should be identified and discussed before it gets out of hand. You cannot make people do anything but you can teach them and train them so they understand what they are doing. This will be important while staffing Cafe Evoke and hopefully, with this in mind, we can create the best work environment possible.
