The Lease...and other things.

We have the lease! I will be taken the rest of the night tonight and tomorrow to go through the 30 page document. I think we are looking pretty good and should be able to send it in on Friday. This will give us a chance to look through it, make some changes, and have our backer have his attorney look through it. We are getting very close! The bank is a bit behind and we were told today that he will get back with us tomorrow. He remains confident that we have the numbers to secure this loan so we are still very excited. We got the paper work filled out with our lawyer for the S-Corp. We are now Conversations, Inc.! This feels like a major step as it is giving life to this vision we have had for so long. This has been an exciting week for us so far and there are still a few big things that should happen during what is left. Other things that I will really have to work on after this week are finding an accountant and insurance agent here in town. I got a few names from our lawyer that should work out so my goal for next week, or after the lease has been sent back and the loan secured, will be to call and set up meetings with these contacts.
