Loose Ends

I have been trying to tie up all of the loose ends with Cafe Evoke before heading to Seattle and Portland for a just over a week. My goals were as follows: 1. Open business bank account. 2. Have, in hand, the finalized floor plan. 3. Get management profile to interested people. 4. Get sign design back to sign company for new quote 5. Get the lease signed I have completed most of what I wanted to. The bad thing is that the most important task may not be completed as they only have two more days (today and tomorrow) to get the least back to me. We were assured that the problems had been fixed and that there should be no more problems. (..its the waiting game that is hard!) Our capital budget sheets are basically in order to the model number and price. I am very excited to have those drawn up in this way. The only things that have not been accounted for are serving pieces (cups, mugs, plates, etc) and inventory (coffee, t-shirts, etc). I hope to get a handle on these two things while at CoffeeFest next week. We are getting closer... ~~be bold
