Bouncing Back

I spoke with the leasing agents in AZ today and heard some -- possibly -- good news. She told me that the sea keeper (you know, mermaids are in the sea) cannot have anyone come look at the space until after the first of the year. I was a bit disappointed as I thought we would not know anything for months but then she asked if I would take the space if they gave exclusivity on coffee so we would not have to deal with a coffee place going in the corner unit. She is going to speak with the owner of the building to see if he will allow us to go in with this clause in our lease. We should hear back tomorrow or Friday. (I will believe it when I hear it!) This is a positive bit of news and I will post when I hear back from her. ~be bold
