A Great Meeting Yesterday

Yesterday we had a meeting with a new building owner that had contacted us through our leasing agent, Sarah (who is great. If you are looking for help in finding a location for your own business -- I will pass along her contact info), about having a coffee and art place like Cafe Evoke in their building. It is a true warehouse space with about 3300 square feet available. This is bigger than we have been looking because of our budget but with the lease factor they are asking, it is in check with our budgets. This would give us the space to created a video room in the back that could also be used for parties, corporate meetings, and other events. It would also make the front part of the space smaller and more cozy for the coffee aspect. I cannot post any more information at this time as there are some details that must get worked through with some other people before any more can be passed along. We are very excited about it as it is a true warehouse feel with great woodwork, concrete floors, and high ceilings. I hope to be able to post a bit more info and maybe even some pictures of this space.
