    On Vacation

    My wife and I are heading to visit family and get some turns in Crested Butte, CO tonight. There will be some business getting done while we are there but the blogging will be limited -- if at all. So, take some time and visit the links on the side page or get caught up in the latest from the Cafe Evoke journey.

    We will be back in town on Wednesday and the blogging will continue. Our goal until then will be to get a budget sheet completed and the budget set so we can figure out what will happen with this catering gig. We will also be working with the City of Bozeman as catering can be considered manufacturing. More on this when we return.
