The Coffee and Tea Festival (#7)

Hello and welcome to the 7th edition of the Coffee and Tea Festival. This festival was supposed to be all about coffee and tea shops -- reviews, info, etc. I am pushing that back a few weeks so if you did send one in, be looking for it to be included in a future edition of this festival. Let's get started.

Viva Barista is hosting an article this week by Jason Haeger entitled Quality ... Why Bother?. This post is a nice collection of facts about quality of coffee and why it matters to keep transforming and working with quality in your shop. It is all about keeping on the cutting edge of coffee and keeping customer coming back.

Tea Guy Speaks has a fourth edition of Tea Blog Round Up. For those of you that have been reading this festival interested in tea, this is a great blog for your daily dose. Maybe we will even begin to get some tea related posts for this festival!

CoffeeGeek has nice article from a guy who just discovered his love for coffee. Nothing is better than reading a post about someone's newly found passion for the drink -- maybe drinking one yourself.

Have you ever wanted to grow your own beans? Quest For Coffee shares pictures and their journey towards having their own coffee beans to roast. Although this post is rather old, it has some nice pictures and proves that you can grow them at home if you have the time and effort to put forth.

That concludes this week's rather short edition of the Coffee and Tea Festival. Thank you very much to all that sent in their posts. The next festival will be on July 24th, right here at A Thought Over Coffee. As always, you can submit your posts with this fantastic little form.

Thanks for reading and sending in great posts! Keep them coming!

    ..be bold
