Just A Few Picutres

WE had a great event yesterday in the hot Bozeman sun. Here are a few picutres from right before the event. We are having a great time doing this and our set up is getting easier and easier as we do more and more events. We can pretty much get everything unloaded and set up in 30 minutes which is nice.





We have our normal Sautrday and Sunday events this weekend and then on August 2nd, we will be at the Bite of Bozeman - a gathering of almost everyone in town to eat local food and hang out. This should be a very busy event and one that should be very good for our visibility.

I am also working on a few ads that will target our niche and get our name in front of readers who would hire a service like ours. Getting Cafe Evoke "Coffee" Catering in front of our cusotmers is not an easy job but we are making some headway.

That is a really nice set up. Everything including the flowers looks perfect.

Oh, and about the name. I tend to agree. Maybe being Coffee Evoke would allow you to do it without having to change everything. Or maybe Cafe Evoke Coffee Catering (that's long!).

Have you considered starting an email newsletter? You could have sign up sheets near your setup.
