New Coffee in Bozeman

While I thought Cafe Evoke would be the next coffee house to enter the Bozeman market, I think I was wrong. Yesterday, our realtor told us that another coffee shop was working with an agent in their office and was going in on the east side of town. She could not tell us much more than that so we are left on the edge trying to make since of it all. Has anyone heard of this new place or have an idea where on the east side they could be going? We have been keeping an eye on every location possible so we are thinking that this must have been one of those things where they knew the space was going up for lease or sale before it actually hit the market. So where does that leave us? I am not sure. It really depends on what this shop is like and where it is. I will be keeping a close eye it so that I know as soon as possible. This might mean that Cafe Evoke will have to wait until the market is more mature or it might not change our plans at all.
