QuickBooks Customer Manager 2.0
I wrote about our need to keep track of our customers a few days ago and have been looking for a program to do this ever since. I downloaded a few trails but could not find out that worked as I had hoped. I then came across QuickBooks' Customer Manager. This program can work alone but it attaches to our QuickBooks program and really keeps things simple.QuickBooks Customer Manager is the easiest customer management software to give your customers excellent service to keep them coming back. It puts all the information you need at your fingertips, and synchronizes information between your key applications.What I like about this program is that it allows me to keep contact lists with important things to remember. I have made a list of "sales leads" that gives me contact information, event dates and types, and reminds me when I need to send a letter or email to each customer. It also grabs all information from QuickBooks and lets me see transaction history for each customer in an easy to use interface. It also allows me to send emails through QuickBooks and create mailing lists, track projects and referrals, and set appointments with each customer. I am in the process of entering all information that we received from the bridal shows we did in January and will continue to enter each customer we talk with as we go forward with Cafe Evoke Catering. My goal is to send a letter or postcard a month and a half before each event and ask for their business. So many people where excited about our service but if you are not there at the right time, you will not convert.
