Stamps.com
| We are about to begin (actually, it began Monday) a mail campaign to try and convert as many sales leads into customers as we can. Our idea is to send a letter at least monthly to each person up until their event. The last mailing will be a media kit that will give them more information about what we are doing. We do not want to spam them so all letters will be personalized to each customer's event. After a letter or two, we will follow up with a phone call. The customer will know we are going to do this as the last letter we sent will mention that. We are asking for their business. This is just one more way we are turning to a sales campaign rather than a marketing campaign. So, this brings me to a new problem - postage. I have several options:1. Stand in line for 30 minutes and then wait for the postal worker prints and stamps for each packet which takes another few minutes. (cost of time and postage) 2. Rent a meter and scale($20.00 per month plus the cost of postage and supplies) 3. Use Stamps.com (4 week free trial, then $15.99 per month plus postage) 4. Use normal stamps (I can buy these at the post office or at CostCo. Media kits would take 4 of them) As it stands now, I might as well try a free trial of Stamps.com. I will need to note my start date so that it does not roll over to the paid membership if I decide not to do it. I can save a dollar per 100 stamps at CostCo so that may be the best option for us. We can also use these stamps for our letters and other mailings. I am excited to see what type of fruit is produced by this campaign. We are going for it and doing everything we can to make Cafe Evoke the top catering company in Bozeman. ...be bold The Global Exchange Fair Trade Store is your Online Source for Socially Conscious Gifts |
