    Nuova Simonelli MCD 65 Grinder

    I have been looking for a coffee grinder for awhile now and realized that we still had some left over credit to use with Nuova Simonelli. After a few confusing phone calls, I found that they did have one - a MCD 65 Bulk Grinder - that would come in just under our "budget" for what is left.

    Has anyone ever used this grinder? At this point, we certainly do not need a bulk coffee grinder but we are trying to push our airpot coffee catering service to businesses in town and if we ever do open a Cafe Evoke Coffeehouse, we can use it there. At this point, we do not need any other equipment from this company and our money is just hanging out there.

    Let me know what you think in the comments on this post. I would love to hear what you have to say about it as I have not heard of or seen any other shops using this grinder.

    The coffee expert looking over my shoulder at your blog (he was the general manager of a Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf and now works in a similar capacity for Caffe Calabria here in San Diego) and he says, "Ew, no. I don't like it. I know what they use for their parts and just -- no. Stay away."
