Cafe Evoke Catering | Update
We are in the middle of creating a new vision for Cafe Evoke Catering. This new vision is not only redefining who we are, it is also getting all of our plans in order and processes down. There is quite a bit to do and we need to have it all complete by the end of May. Here is what I have started and completed so far:These are all things that have been started and/or finished since the first of April. There are a few more things that need to be started but I feel pretty good about where we are. I will lose some time, however, the first week in May as I am having surgery to fix my nose that I broke on two occasions back in my soccer days. I have been putting it off for more than 5 years now and it is time that I fix it and start breathing normally again (my wife will be happy as well). I will be taking a week off of my other job in order to get back into the swing of things after the surgery but I hope to work on Cafe Evoke from bed or couch in the mean time. I really have no idea what to expect so I hope it is not too painful. The long term will be nice. This is all "back end" work for us and Cafe Evoke Catering. I am still trying to convert the sales leads we got in January by following up with each customer at least once a month. We are also working on Cafe Evoke (the coffee house) and trying to make something happen. So, we are pretty busy with the Conversations, Inc. family of businesses right now (Cafe Evoke Catering and Cafe Evoke) and we like it. We are ready to see things begin to really take off for us now and are expecting it to. ...be bold The Global Exchange Fair Trade Store is your Online Source for Socially Conscious Gifts |

post a commentWhat a coincidence, I was just watching a piece on Discovery about someone who went under the knife to correct their breathing after breaking their nose twice. Here's wishing you a speedy and hopefully not too painful recovery!h
As it turns out, I will not be having this surgery until at least October. They rescheduled my date and it now interfers with catering. Bummer...
