FreeCoffeeMonday at 1708okc!

A few weeks ago, we decide to begin hosting what we are calling FreeCoffeeMonday. What it is? Well, it's pretty simple really: 1. Doors open at 6:30 am 2. You wake up a bit earlier than normal (probably) 3. You get in your car - wait, better yet - you get on your bicycle 4. Point it towards 1708 NW 16th Street (The Plaza District) 5. Get off when you arrive and come in Once you have followed those simple instructions, you will have access to two different coffees from who knows where and the full menu of Cafe Evoke Catering at your fingertips - for free! We feature two drip coffees every Monday - coffees you typically will not find in OKC. We also will press 1 or 2 pots of something even better right at 6:30 so you have to be one of the first few here to get the awesome stuff. It is all great so you don't have to worry if you can't make it at 6:30. We know many of you are asking why in the world we have an event on a Monday morning from 6:30 to 8:00. Well, let me answer that - in short. Coffee, to us, is a slow food. What does that mean? Stay tuned for more on coffee as a slow food. We wanted to provide you a place to come hang out and slow down just a bit before work, enjoy some awesome coffee and meet some folks. We have wireless internet if needs be but we encourage all to come with cup in hand and just hang with no other agenda other than to relax and enjoy it.
