We get asked about the best way to brew coffee at home all the time when we are out and about.  We tend to talk about french presses, hario v60’s, chemex, aeropress and clever drippers and about all the ways to get the best coffee out of each one.

In honesty, we probably steal most of our formulas from Jason - cause when something is near perfect, it’s hard to beat.  

A great article on home brewing was put out today by the Atlanta Journal featuring Dominy and his brew methods.  The author got to spend time at Batdorf during one of the Atlanta Culinary Tours programs (which, we might add, is a cool deal!).
