When you subscribe to Cafe Evoke Catering’s new office coffee subscription service, you get at least 2 full service coffee bars each month for your office.  That’s right. You get coffee made to order by our professional baristas and you can go back as many times as you want (WARNING:  You might find yourself drinking several!).  It doesn’t matter if you are in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Norman, Edmond, Shawnee or Yukon - if you are in the state of Oklahoma, we’ll get your office set up with the best office coffee service around.

6 Month Subscription: 2 Bars Per Month

• Base Rate determined by office size (we’ll get that info to you when you call!)
• Base Rate includes TWO of our 2 hour full service / unlimited coffee bars
• 15% Savings when you book this package
• 20% Savings if you book more than 2 bars per month

12 Month Subscription: 2 Bars Per Month

• Base Rate determined by office size (we’ll get that info to you when you call!)
• Base Rate includes TWO of our 2 hour full service / unlimited coffee bars
• 20% Savings when you book this package
• 25% Savings if you book more than 2 bars per month

Here are a few other details you will need to know.

1. It’s best to book recurring dates (maybe ever other Monday or something) when you sign up.  We charge you for at least 2 bars per month no matter what. 
2. Bars do not carry over so be sure to book your bars early!
3. Your estimate will describe your MONTHLY payment due.
4. We will charge the subscription fee every 30 days for the duration of your contract package.
5. A credit card must be on file.
6. Packages are good for bars Monday - Friday
7. Please check for availability if a specific date is needed before booking.

• You must book 2 consecutive coffee bars (monthly, weekly, etc) 
• Bars will be booked and billed together as a package
• 50% will be due at contracting with the remainder due the day of the final bar
• Special ends next Friday, January 13th, 2012 @ 5:00p
• Free Coffee Bar is valid for events of equal or lesser value of the two that were paid for
• Free Coffe Bar must be booked within 1 month of last paid bar
